This dream team of three oils - 'Ooh', 'Aah' and 'Ouch'- are each formulated to ease specific breastfeeding issues by the Natural Birthing Company and are safe for breastfeeding mamas & during pregnancy. These three little bottles will help you on your breastfeeding journey.

**Mastitis is an infection of the breast that can be extremely painful and can make you feel unwell. It is important that you keep breastfeeding baby during this time and also seek medical advice as you may need antibiotics.

Bamboo Breastpads

Littlelamb bamboo breast pads are slim, absorbent and breathable as well as wonderfully soft against your skin making them the discrete yet healthy choice for nursing mums. Because they are reusable you will find that you not only save money, you never run out.

These discrete yet reliable nursing pads are useful because they absorb the released milk, preventing it from leaking through your shirt and causing embarrassing damp circles around your nipples. They are essential for all nursing mums.

Feeding another human is rewarding but at times challenging. Our unique, caffeine-free blend of Fennel, Nettle, Fenugreek Seeds, Lemon Verbena and Star Anise is a support to your milk supply, and tastes delicious.

Warming, spicy – almost savoury, in a good way. Fenugreek gives this blend a wonderful balance of sweet and bitter notes, with it’s aroma of dark, almost burnt caramel.

Fennel, Anise and Lemon Verbena add to its sweetness, with rosemary and nettle giving it a warming, earthy note.

As each bag contains whole leaves, flowers and fruit pieces, don’t throw it away after one brew. Add water to each bag at least twice to get the most out of the botanicals. Contains 15 bags (30 cups).

Intolerants rejoice! This bar is for you. An innovative 'milk' chocolate made with rice milk to give a strong cocoa taste but with the sweet and creamy finish you would expect from good milk chocolate. This bar has no dairy, no gluten, no soya and is suitable for vegans. These bars are hand tempered in small batches to minimise contact with allergens - however, if you have a severe food allergy then this product may not be right for you. 50g bar.

Bosom Buddies - How to Use

HOW TO USE
1. Add 2-3 drops of your chosen blend to a bowl of water. Hot water is best used for low milk supply, cold water on sore nipples. Whereas heavy, full tender breasts would benefit from hot water to ease the flow. Or use cold water to ease the discomfort/swelling. So choose what feels right for you at the time.
2. Submerge a couple of flannels or muslin cloths into the water solution. Squeeze them out and place the wet cloths over both breasts directly onto the skin.
3. Cover with a dry towel to keep warm and relax for up to 30 minutes. (During this time the cloths can be renewed in the water to maintain their temperature)
4. Prior to feeding baby clean the breasts with a clean wet cloth to help to remove any lingering scent from the oils.
The 3 x 10ml bottles contain the following natural plant oils, carefully selected by its midwife-creator at The Natural Birthing Company for the following benefits:
- Cypress: Calming and relaxing – has diuretic properties thereby reduces swelling
- Geranium: Uplifting – Diuretic and astringent – induces tissue, muscle and skin to contract

Bamboo Breastpads - How to Use

* Always wash and rinse four or five times before using your breast pads to remove all loose fibres. Keep them in your laundry bag and wash on a 40-degree wash or hand wash with a gentle non-bleaching detergent. Regardless of your washing method, please avoid all fabric softeners as fabric softener can impact absorbency.

* Do not wash your breast pads with dirty nappies. In fact, do not wash any clothing with dirty nappies that could have contact with baby's mouth.

* Make sure your nipple is dry before applying a clean pad. If your nipples are irritated, apply nipple cream or prior to applying your breast pad.

* Position your breast pad in the cup of your bra; because it lacks adhesive like many disposable options you need to just make sure it is securely wedged between your breast and your bra. Ideally, it will be centred on your nipple.
