Please note that for all orders outside of the EU we will contact you by email to double check the address before dispatch to prevent the parcel getting returned to us and enabling you to receive your order as quickly as possible.
We use Royal Mail and a signature will be required on delivery.
There is also the option to use a Courier service for parcels delivered outside the UK for a fixed price of £25. The delivery times vary depending on the destination country but are usually within 2-5 working days of dispatch*.
Yes! The gift box option can be added for £4.95. Your order will be presented in a luxurious, black, lidded MamaMoosh branded giftbox. An optional (free) gift message can also be added when you select the gift box option when you go to your basket / cart just before the checkout stage.
Please note that a gift message is free of charge and can be added without selecting the gift wrap option. The message will be simply printed on a piece of white paper and placed inside an envelope.

** EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD FOR CHRISTMAS**
For all purchases made from 14th November 2018 you have until 10th January 2019 to return to us.
We offer easy FREE RETURNS. Unfortunately we can only offer free returns from addresses within the UK mainland.
We will provide a refund or exchange for any goods returned unused with the original packaging within 28 days of receipt. Log onto the Returns Manager using the email address you used to make the order and your order number to create a return request and track the progress of your return. Within 24 hours we will email to you a free returns label for you to print out and attach to your parcel. The parcel can then be dropped off at any local shop in the Collect+ network at a time convenient to you. Click here to find a store local to you.
The Returns Manager will provide the address to return your order to. Please do not return the item to any other address as we will not be able to accept it.

Orders from overseas may be returned but we are unable to offer free postage. Please note that we are unable to accept any charges for taxes or customs from items sent from overseas.
We accept payment from all major credit or debit cards and our payment processors are Stripe and Paypal. If paying via Paypal you can use either your Paypal balance or any credit or debit card.
