Do you provide a gift box service?

Yes. You can opt for the gift box at £4.95 at the checkout and include a message. Your purchase will be beautifully presented in a high quality black MamaMoosh gift box and your message 

GIFT CARDS / GIFT VOUCHERS

Can I buy a gift card?

Yes we sell gift cards from just £10. An email will be sent to you which will contain the code to redeem the gift voucher at the checkout. You can then either print this out and give to your recipient or alternatively there is a button on the email giving you the option to send it on. There is no need to wait for the post man to arrive - ideal if you have left your purchase to the last minute! 

When is your next sale?

We thought long and hard about whether to increase our prices so that we could offer sales at various times throughout the year. We prefer to keep our prices as low as we can consistently rather than inflate them to make sale prices feasible. Afterall when you are pregnant you often can't wait until the next sale so we feel this strategy is fairer to our customers.

The discount code I found on a coupon/voucher website won't work.

If you have got a discount code from a coupon / voucher website (for example couponfollow.com) it is likely to be an expired code as we rarely issue discount codes this way. On the few occasions we offer discount codes we prefer to issue these to loyal customers and those who follow us on social media or sign up to our newsletter. Confusingly we have found some websites even have codes that were never valid and unfortunately they have ignored our requests to remove them.

Is the nightwear machine washable?

Yes. Machine wash at 30C. Do not tumble dry. Reshape while damp. Wash with similar colours.

How do I wash the Milkscarf?

The best way to keep your Milkscarf lovely is by gentle warm handwash and it should be laid flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.

Why do I need a Milkscarf to cover up when breastfeeding?

You certainly don't have to but many women feel a little self conscious when breastfeeding in public or even around extended family and friends. They find that a cover allows them to get on with feeding their baby without any other distractions. Using a Milkscarf means that you can wear more of your wardrobe as you don't have to worry about wearing a top that will allow your baby to feed without exposing your breasts or your tummy to the world.

What is the Milkscarf made from?

The Milkscarf is a light soft stretchy jersey material made from 95% viscose rayon and 5% elastane.

The Milkscarf has two features that are different from a typical scarf / pashmina - -it has flexible boning stitched into one edge which lifts the scarf away from your neck so you can look down and maintain that all important eye contact with your baby whilst maintaining privacy. A discreet strap goes around your neck to stop the scarf slipping down which is essential if you have a wriggly baby. The Milkscarf is generously cut (larger than most other breastfeeding covers) at 150cm x 60cm so is also suitable for older and wrigglier babies.

Will I/my baby get hot and stuffy feeding under a scarf?

The scarf is made from a light jersey which is cool and non-sweaty all throughout the year.

Are my payments secure?

Absolutely! You can choose from our regular card payment processor (using Visa debit or credit card, Mastercard or Amex) or Paypal to pay which means you can pay using any major credit or debit card or the balance from your Paypal account. Our site has the latest SSL security certificates to ensure the highest levels of security. Transactions on your account will be shown as 'MamaMoosh Ltd'.

Will you pass on my details to third parties?

Certainly not. We never pass on your details without your permission, even if you sign up for our special offers / newsletters.

NEWSLETTER SIGN UP

If I sign up to your newsletter will I get bombarded with emails?

We will never pass your details on to third parties and we rarely send more than one email per month. We would love to stay in touch with you to keep you informed of any special offers and new developments but we respect that the majority of our customers find too many emails annoying.
